FVMQ - Fluorosilicone

FVMQ Fluorosilicone rubber has many properties similar to VMQ. It has excellent resistance to ozone, oxygen and aging in an outside enviroment. Just as VMQ it has poor mechanical properties.

FVMQ has improved chemical resistance compared to standard silicone rubber. The resistance to dilute acids, alkalines, petroleum oils, hydrocarbon fuels, diester and silicone oils are very good. However, the resistance to alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, amines, and brake fluids is poor.

Temperature range from -60° C to +200° C
