Silicone Rubber - VMQ
VMQ Silicone is well known for its high temperature capabilities in dry heat and water up to +100° C.The Silicone rubber VMQ is not suited for steam applications
VMQ is restistant to ozone, aging and weather. It has a moderate resistance to mineral oil products.
Due to lower mechanical strength and wear capability it s mainly recommended for static sealing.Many compounds available in Food and Pharma qualities.
VMQ is the rubber with largest temperature range from -60° C to +200° C (depending on compounds)
