M Quick o-rings are vulcanized in-house by our experienced M Seals team. We hold a large stock or chord materials which mean we can manufacture and dispatch within 24-hours!
What is behind the M Quick solution?
We manufacture the material by step molding in a special process, and then join the ends together using a hot vulcanization process. The result is a product with barely any visible joints and with a tolerance equal to a molded O-ring acc. to ISO3601. M Quick products should not be compared to ordinary hot vulcanized O-rings made of extruded material, which has a considerably greater variation in tolerances.
