Engineered machined seals are custom-designed and manufactured high-performance seals that meet the specific needs of the most demanding environments.
We have continuously invested in the latest CNC manufacturing technology and sealing materials to ensure we always continue to deliver the best quality and service to our clients.
All engineered machined seals production is done in a clean temperature-controlled environment via powerful air conditioning units utilising the machinery below:
- 4x CNC Lathes capable of turning diameters up to 400mm
- 2x CNC Lathes capable of turning diameters up to 720mm
- 2x Three AXIS CNC Lathes with bar feeders and robotic loading arms for uninterrupted production. These machines have internal Renishaw probes and automatic tool wear compensation adjustment settings.
- 1x Manual Bridgeport milling machine for low volume secondary operations
