No limitation on inner diameterOur compression step moulding vulcanization process guarantees good physical and chemical properties, a consistent surface quality, and consistent tolerances over the whole circumference of the O-ring. This makes it suitable for use in dynamic sealing or high-pressure applications, as well as with gaseous media.
Additionally, the M-Quick™ O-rings offer tolerances comparable to those of a standard O-ring, and chemical and physical properties equal to those of a standard O-ring.

M-Quick™ production process
Our own inhouse manufacturing process involves step moulding the material and then joining the ends together using a hot vulcanization process. The result is a product that is virtually seamless, with a tolerance equal to that of a moulded O-ring according to ISO 3601 and ISO 3601-3.
It is important to note that M-Quick™ products are not to be compared with ordinary hot vulcanized O-rings made of extruded material. Those types of O-rings often have a greater variation in tolerances, which can impact their performance and longevity.
