M-Quick™ production process
Our in‑house manufacturing method combines step moulding with hot vulcanization to join the cord ends. This creates a virtually seamless O‑ring with tolerances equivalent to those of a moulded O‑ring according to ISO 3601 and ISO 3601‑3.

It is important to note that M-Quick™ products are not to be compared with ordinary hot vulcanized O-rings made of extruded material. Those types of O-rings often have a greater variation in tolerances, which can impact their performance and longevity.
